Since I started scrapbooking I’ve been intrigued by creative teams. Most papercraft manufacturers have creative teams as a way to highlight their product through the beautiful layouts the team members make. Class or membership-based communities usually have creative teams to highlight the resources they offer such as prompts and sketches.
I’m happy to announce that I’m working with two different creative teams this year!
Simple Scrapper Creative Team – Guest Spot
In November last year I applied to be a part of the Simple Scrapper Creative Team. Dare Greatly, right?
I’ve been a Simple Scrapper member for over three years. The resources, workshops, and wisdom from Jennifer and the Member Community are so helpful. I have truly grown in my memory keeping hobby.
I wasn’t selected as a permanent Creative Team member but I was offered a Guest Spot on the Creative Team. I’ve been contributing layouts to Spark, the Simple Scrapper Member Magazine, since February. One of my layouts even made the cover for the March issue!
Here are the layouts I’ve contributed so far:
Thank you to Jennifer Wilson for giving me the opportunity to create with this wonderful team!
Awesome Ladies Project Creative Team
Last week I dared greatly again. I applied to be part of the Awesome Ladies Project Creative Team and was selected!
For this team I’ll be making layouts on a weekly basis using rukristin‘s awesome feminist scrapbooking challenges. I’m excited to be a part of this group of inspiring and creative women. Thank you Kristin, I’m excited to get started!
Stay tuned on Instagram and Facebook for sneak peeks.
Thank you for spending this moment with me. I am grateful for you.

Congrats! I love how bravely you’re putting yourself out there and sharing your work.
I also love the spirit of a “creative team.”
